How it works
Removal
Books are packed and collected from your location via tracked, unliveried vehicles. For large-scale, multi-site projects, a collection schedule will be arranged.
Preparation
On arrival, books are logged onto internal tracking systems, then each book is manually prepared for scanning, taking care when handling fragile books.
Scanning
Books are scanned using a specialist V-cradle scanner in B&W or colour to your preferred format, with OCR if required. They are then indexed and structured as per your requirements.
Delivery
Digital books are returned to you via cloud portal access, SFTP or encrypted hard drive. If required, physical books will also be returned upon project completion.
